I am part of the Service Desk team, which provides first level troubleshooting for Windows and Mac users, as well as being the first point of contact for different requests, such as account maintenance, resource booking and documentation.

As a VPN Analyst, I provided technical support over the phone to remote corporate users, who were using the IPSec protocol to connect to the Bank of America’s network. I also assisted them with issues with the Office suite.

Being a Technical Support Agent, I was in charge of helping Comcast’s customers with any problems they might encounter with the Digital Telephone and High Speed Internet services, as well as providing information to them.

Working in retail allowed me to interact with customers in a more personal level, making sure their needs were met. Whether it was showing them where an item was, or having to find it across the city, they always received service with a smile.
